ORDERING

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received. I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible if there is a lead-time on a product that I need to make especially for you.

Made to order items can take up to 28 days as they have to be printed and assembled. I will let you know as soon as possible if there is any change to this lead time.

I will take your payment via Paypal/Stripe in my online shop, as it is fast, safe and secure.

Once I have received payment you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery date.

For classes you will automatically be added to a class list.

Please email me if your purchase items do not reach you in time, or in the unlikely event that goods become damaged during postage so we can help to investigate this for you. I do not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss in these circumstances. I am not obliged to reimburse you if I don’t hear from you about these situations immediately.

DELIVERY

I ship anywhere in the UK with Royal mail first class for items £50. I use tracked and signed for on items above £50. I also ship to EU and US.

The price for postage is included unless otherwise stated or agreed on ordering. Please select your country of destination as pricing is calculated on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Orders outside the UK are sent via Airmail, which can take up to can take 3-5 within the EU, up to 7 working days for rest of Europe and up to 10 working days for destinations outside.

RETURNS

I want you to love my products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell me straight away and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Lorna Brown - Blessed Unrest.

If a refund is required then you must return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery and I will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition.

I am unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and I will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.

MANUFACTURE AND AFTERCARE

All products made by Blessed Unrest are hand screen printed with Industry standard Printing pigment inks or digitally printed by British Standard Print companies. All my products are made and finished by hand in Scotland.

All my textile products are printed onto print prepared cotton and linen fabrics and are hand finished.

Textile Care - Hand wash gently with mild detergent or dry clean only.

Iron on reverse ONLY or place a clean cloth on top of printed surface.
